  1. Disabling the Search Indexing Feature in Windows 7

    • Right Click the “Computer” Icon in the desktop and select “Manage”.
    • Click “Services and Applications” in the “Computer Management” window.
    • Click on “Services”.

  3. I only have a 160gb main drive, and my media drives are expertly organized, so I might do this.

  4. Still don't even have Windows 7... got XP from like 2005... thinking of an upgrade soon.

  5. Indexing also exists for windows XP I believe

  6. There really isn't any reason to have this on unless you can't organize your files well.
